Cumulus clouds map a mountain ridge in Jordan.
There are clouds on the horizon in more than one sense, sadly.
We stopped by the road to buy some fresh vegetables from a family. The young girl in this photo held up a finger to ask us for 1 Jordanian Dinar. We gave her the money (approx £1 UK) and received 50 delicious tomatoes in return.
It turned out the family are Syrian refugees who had left a camp in the north of Jordan to work selling fruit and vegetables by the road. They told us that it was a safer, better life.
