I took this picture of the outside of the Northern Lights bar and Scandinavian restaurant in Brighton recently.
The algae high on the wall in the background suggests that their compass rose may be a little off. Maybe 180 degrees. 🙂
There are also subtle signs, forgive the pun, that rain water is being blown towards the left of the picture. Look at the rust beneath the strut.
A boutique bar serving extremely fashionable food and vodka… well, that’s a sign you’re in Brighton.
Maybe after some husmanskost and a bottle of Explorer vodka, their compass rose makes perfect sense?
